philosophy and vision of the Shahid Foundation were highlighted, with emphasis on its core principles in developing human resources and its mission to generate a meaningful impact within society. Following Dr. Muslih’s remarks, Mr. Lim expressed his pleasure at the meeting and affirmed that such perspectives are highly valued and important. He also noted, especially in relation to the social role of institutions and their contribution to social change, that these shared views are a source of satisfaction. The meeting further addressed several key issues, with both sides stressing the importance of ongoing dialogue and regular exchanges. Intensive discussions were held on a number of contemporary topics in the field of higher education, and agreement was reached to pursue joint efforts in the future. After more than an hour of constructive dialogue, the meeting concluded in a positive and productive atmosphere. It should be noted that the Shahid Foundation is the largest institution in the field of education and higher education in the Kurdistan Region, comprising technical and vocational institutes in Erbil, Duhok, Zakho, and Soran, as well as the Kodo Educational Foundation (Erbil–Soran).
